Ms. Barbara Elizabeth Lilly, a resident of Tallassee, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at the age of 76. She was born October 3, 1947, in Tallassee, Alabama, to George Thurman and Margaret Gertrude Evinger Lilly.

Ms. Lilly is survived by brother, George “Bud” Lilly (Nancy); sisters, Sharon Diane Lilly and Beverly Jane Lilly; nephews, George Daniel Lilly and Jackson Lee Lilly (Alli); great- nieces and nephews, Olivia Lilly, Wyatt Lilly, Lillie Mae Casey, Dean Lilly, Goldie Lilly, Redden Casey, Grace DeKozan, Sarah DeKozan, Charlotte DeKozan, Bradley Shawn Humphries, Braxton Shane Humphries, Gavin Humphries, Thomas Humphries, Bradley Humphries, Adam Casey (Laura) and Lane Casey DeKozan (Phillip); brothers-in-law, Tom Casey and Mickey Humphries.

She is preceded in death by parents, George and Margaret Lilly and sisters, Jackie Humphries and Freda Casey.

The family will receive friends Friday, August 30, 2024, from 10:00AM until service time at 11:00AM at Jeffcoat Funeral Home Chapel, Jay Woodall officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
