The Tallassee Chamber of Commerce is having another Sidewalk Sale. It will be back in the downtown district on Saturday, March 13 from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.

"We have a good number of vendors coming," Chamber of Commerce director Jerry Cunningham said. "The coffee shop, Restoration 49, will be open. Corrie Sid, who's opening Grove Station, will be out there."

Restoration 49 opened in January. Grove Station, a bakery and butcher shop, has plans to open this spring.

"Sistrunk will be open. Tiger Paw, purchased by Brent Tennyson, will be there. Brooke Rigsby (Studio B Dance Center) will have some of her dancers."

Cunningham noted that about 30 vendors would be open for business.

"We'll also have balloons inside the Chamber office. James Bush will have face painting. We'll have popcorn and candy. The Wharf Seafood will be there as well."

The masked crowd gathered in the fall for one of the first events since the COVID outbreak
