Mixson to lead hoops camps

Tallassee head basketball coach Keiven Mixson will be conducting two basketball camps this summer for third grade through ninth grade boys and girls.

Each camp will focus on fundamentals and will be three days each from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. each day. The camps will be June 7-9 and June 14-16 at the Tallassee Recreation Center. The cost is $40 each.

"The camps will include correct shooting form, dribbling, passing and footwork," Mixson noted. "It will be very instructional and have a variety of fun games for the participants to play."
