Martin Luther King Day brought out community members for the annual march through Jordanville on Monday. It culminated with a program at God’s Congregation Holiness Church.

Tallassee High School Athletic Director L.A. O’Neal was the speaker.

Barbara Dennis was recognized for her service work. She has raised over 75 children and continues taking care of little ones. Dennis is a faithful member of the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany, where she volunteers with the “Beans and Rice” food program.
