Tiger Sharks place 4th at district

The Tallassee Tiger Sharks swim team competed last weekend in Opelika and finished fourth overall behind year-round programs Auburn, Prattville and Opelika. Now many of the same swimmers are prepping for the state meet which will be back in Opelika on July 26 and 27.

Camden Mask was the district champion in the boys 11/12 breast stroke. He was also on the relay team that placed first with Donavan Aldridge, Zek Nobles and Adain Morgan.

Other qualifiers for Tallassee were: Harmony Moyers, Geoffrey Dark, Allison Johnson, Anzlee Nobles, Landyn Gosdin, Crockett Moyers, Emma Soehren, Madison Webster, Kaylen Tucker, Rachel Rudisill, Karley Tucker, Lexie Tarter-Rife, Connor Crawford, Elise Soehren, and Audrey Weldon.
