On Saturday, Peters (1-1) pitched three innings giving up five runs in THS' 7-3 loss to Park Crossing in Montgomery.
Blake Dean led the Tigers at the plate going 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI.

The first area action of the season will begin on Friday vs. Dadeville at 4:30 p.m. back in the friendly confines of Southside Field. On Saturday afternoon, the two will play again in a doubleheader at Dadeville starting at 1:00.
