Osborne all-state pick
Staff Report
Tallassee High School has its first all-state selection in softball history. Senior Haylee Osborne was placed on the Alabama Sports Writers Association Class 4A all-state second team.
The senior pitcher compiled a 14-6 record in 24 game appearances with a 2.16 ERA. She had 87 strikeouts and 43 walks.
The Tigers had their best season in school history with a 32-15 record and trip to the state regionals.
Osborne will be playing at the University of Mobile next season.
